Twins Mary-Kate and Ashley have developed a unique eccentric style piecing together luxurious vintage finds with new season designs. Their skill has now culminated in designing several lines of their own including The Row, inspired by the legendary Saville Row in London.

Hair heros normally come in the form of primped and preened models and actresses. This season, however, I will be taking my cue from Elizabeth, the Lhasa Apso who was awarded Best in Show 2012 at Crufts yesterday. The Holly Fulton show at London Fashion Weekend blew me away with its detail and wearability.

With references to classic US poolside glamour and 70s and 90s influences including strong prints reminiscent of Versace and Pucci and Moroccan embellishment the collection practically radiated summer sun from the catwalk. 

Splashes of aqua and yellow propelled Holly Fulton into the centre of the colour splash phenomenon seen recently at London Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week.

Crazy colour block shown was shown by Meadham Kirchhoff at LFW today, highlighting sequins, ruffles and embroidery. At one point even the models faces joined the colour revolution, juxtaposed against primary dyed hair and block lips.
